After an unsuccessful spell with the Stamford Bridge outfit, Chelsea attacking midfielder Marko Marin was loaned out to Turkish side Trabzonspor to gain more playing during last summer transfer window.
Latest report according to the Metro claims that the 26-year old German wants to make his season loan spell with the Turkish side permanent after falling down the pecking order in the Blues’ squad.
Speaking to the Turkish media AMK, Marin hinted that His main focus now is to help his team win trophies and become part of the club long term plans.
“I came here to become a champion and I want to be part of the big plans we have here. Said Marin
“We are not where we want to be at the league, but we will turn things around.
With the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Ramires, Oscar, Willian, Pedro and Eden Hazard contending for a role in the attacking midfield position, a move away from Chelsea is certainly the best for the German.
Marin made a total of 15 appearances for the Blues since his move to Chelsea in 2012 was part of the Blues’ team that won the UEFA Europa League Cup in 2012/2013 season.
