Chelsea have been so quiet in this summer transfer window haven just brought in two first team players in the likes of Asmir Begovic and Radamel Falcao to replace the departed legends Peter Cech and Didier Drogba respectively.
According to the Metro, Chelsea have now join the race to sign Real Madrid midfielder Isco in order to compete for major trophies this season after starting the season on a poor note.
Chelsea have only been able to gather one point out of a possible six points this season, with title rivals Manchester United and Manchester City gathering six maximum points from their two games. The two Manchester clubs have been so active in the transfer market so far and they seems to be enjoying the benefit of their purchases.
Isco is a versatile player, who can play as a box to box midfielder, winger or even as false nine. He has enough experience to back up his age and should Chelsea be able to secure his signature, he will definitely add more flair in our midfield and attack.
The 23-year old Spaniard is also wanted by European giants such as Manchester City, Juventus and Bayern Munich.
It is reported that Juventus are the front runner, who are prepare to make a bid of £28.4million for the Spain international, but it’s thought his real value is closer to £33.7million.
