Chelsea have been handed a major blow in their pursuit of highly rated Roma defender Alessio Romagnoli after the new broke out that the star has decided to remain in Italy.
According to Goal.com, the 20-year old Italian had completed his switch to AC Milan where he will reunite with his formal boss Sinisa Mihajlovic. This news was confirmed via Milan official website.

The former Roma star was on season-long loan to Sampdoria last season where he made 30 appearances for the Blucerchiati b4 making a permanent transfer to former UEFA Champions League winner AC milan.
