After completing his loan move from Chelsea to Vitesse, Chelsea youngster Dominic Solanke is not allowed to play for his new club Vitesse until the necessary propaganda has been sorted out.
Even though the loan move has been confirmed by both Chelsea and Vitesse but however, due to Dominic Solanke not being 18 yet, there is a lot of procedures to be performed to ensure that the 17 year old Chelsea Starlet is eligible to play for Vitesse. With Solanke not turning 18 till September, the youngster might have to wait till then before he
features for Vitesse.
In a recent interview, Vitesse managing director vented out his frustration about the delay and said “FIFA must be handed a stack of paperwork, when he finished his school and everything already.”
The 17 year old Dominic Solanke made his debut for Chelsea last season in their Champions League encounter against Maribor and was Chelsea’s top scorer in the UEFA Youth League last season.
The highly rated youngster also featured during the tour of Australia and Thailand, getting on the score sheet against the Thailand All-Stars.
The England star is set to embark on his first loan spell and will be hoping to impress while at Vitesse.
