Rumor: Have Blues reached 'verbal agreement' for Costa?
According to several sources, Chelsea have reached a ‘verbal agreement’ with Atletico Madrid for the transfer of Diego Costa. The Brazilian born Spanish international might become a Chelsea player this upcoming summer as the Blues agree to pay his 32m pound release clause.

Exuberant agent Francois Gallardo, who has a reputation for making controversial claims about transfers, insists Atletico eventually succumbed after accepting that they would not be able to hold onto the Brazilian-born Spanish international.
He told La Sexta: “Atletico knows it is impossible to hold onto him.”
Gallardo is just the latest source to claim that Costa to Chelsea will happen in the summer, while Atletico coach Diego Simeone has admitted no player is indispensable.
