Chelsea Set To COMPLETE Transfer Of MIDFIELD MAESTRO Ahead Of Man City Game
The Stamford Bridge Outfit continue to be in the transfer market as they enter the race to outwit various suitors for the signature of the Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah, who laces his boot for Seria B side Cagliari.
Italian Media outfit Corriere dello Sport are claiming that several clubs including Tottenham and Juventus are interested in signing Godfred.
It is understood that Juventus have already tabled a bid for the midfielder but a deal seems unlikeli as the Italian club are reluctant to sell.
When faced with the media in a press conference, Cagliari’s president was straight forward in his response about the player.Thus, he said:
“We had a chat a few weeks ago with Juventus and Chelsea, but I am stunned by all these rumours aroundhim. The lad needs to grow up with us.”
Donsah moved in 2014 from Palermo to the Sardinian club at the age of 18. He just turned 19 this summer and has impressed in Cagliari’s pre-season games so far. The energetic and skillful midfielder is thought to be under paid and all the clubs after him are looking to lure him with a better pay package.
