This was made known by the 21-year old ‘s agent Sascha Empacher who claimed personal terms agreement has been reached between his client and chelsea and that it was only the two clubs who now had to make a deal.

The 21-year old impressed for the German side last season making 109 tackles in 31 appearances.
Should this deal be sealed, Rahman would compete with Azpilicueta for a spot in Jose Mourinho’s starting lineup and he will reportedly earn £65,000 a week over the four years of his contract.
