Chelsea FC have today confirmed the departure of Ba to Besiktas.

Demba Ba was signed by Chelsea from Newcastle back in January 2013 as a backup to the lone striker Fernando Torres. He made a mark on his debut by scoring 2 goals against Southampton to help us fight back in the FA cup and win 5-1. His amazing goals consist of the volley against Manchester United, the late minute goal against PSG and the goal that came from a Gerrard slip.
