Done Deal: Chelsea Agree Terms To Sign 21 Goals ARGENTINE Striker, ANNOUNCEMENT Imminent
As part of their January transfer plan, the Premier League defending Champions are planning to bring in some players who will help turn-around their poor starts to the season campaign.
According to report from the Metro, Chelsea have agreed a deal of £6.2million to sign Argentine sensational striker Jonathan Calleri in January. The 22-year old forward has been on a scintillating form this season, scoring 21 goals and creating 11 assists in all competition.
Chelsea who currently sits 16th position on the EPL table are looking forward to strengthening their squad in January. It is reported that Jose Mourinho has been given a go-ahead by club owner Roman Abramovich to sigh players he thinks will help turn Chelsea’s season around.
It is reported that Mourinho is poised to bring in a striker, a midfielder and a centre defender to Stamford Bridge in January.
Summer signing Radamel Falcao has been tipped to leave Chelsea in January after failing to impress. A move to club that will guarantee first team football is said to be in consideration for the striker, in other to get back his confidence.
To make this report more interesting, Argentine newspaper Mundod claims that Calleri will arrive Stamford Bridge after Boca Junior’s election on 6th December.
