Latest report according to Italian media Gazzetta Dello Sport via Sportwitness claims that the Chelsea have agree deal with Juventus, for the transfer of Colombia international winger Juan Cuadrado in January.

The Colombian winger arrived Chelsea during this year winter transfer from Fiorentina, but failed to impress for the Blues. His poor performance for the Blues led Jose Mourinho to loan him out to Juventus on a season long loan.

However, since his moved to Juventus, the 27-year old winger has been on fine form and his performance has led the Old Lady to consider signing him on a permanent deal.

Report now has it that a deal of about 22 million euros had been agreed verbally between both clubs for the winger.

This move would definitely be a good one for Cuadrado, given that it will be difficult for him to break into Chelsea’s starting line up, should he return to Chelsea in the summer.
