Forget Pogba? Chelsea To COMPLETE £45m Deal For Powerful BOX-TO-BOX PlayMaker

Rumours making rounds say are back with a bid to sign Spanish midfielder Koke from the La Liga giant Atletico Madrid.

According to reports from Spanish newspaper Marca, Chelsea have reported made a bid of £45million for the Vicente Calderon star inorder to secure his signature.

Although Chelsea’s claim comes as a surprise with Blues boss Jose Mourinho ruling out the need for any player this summer aside for a defensive left back.

Chelsea have been linked to koke in recent years due to his performances for the Diego Simeone side, helping them win the La Liga in 2013/2014 season and also getting to the finals of the prestigeous UEFA Champions League that same season.

Koke is a very versatile player who can play as a box-to-box midfielder and can also play from the wings. He started his footballing career with Atletico Madrid in 2000 and had since progressed through the youth team to become one of the world’s most sort after midfielder.

It is also claimed that German champions Bayern Munich are also interested in the Spain international but I doubt if manager Diego Simeone would allow the young star leave after losing Arda Turan to Champions League winner Barcelona this summer.
