Forget Pogba: Powerful BOX-BOX Midfielder Agrees To Sign Four Years Deal, Chelsea Fans Will Like HIM

With Chelsea current woes this season, securing the future of their ever reliant Brazilian midfielder Ramires would be good news to all the fans and the club alike.

According to Sky sports, Chelsea are set to confirm that a new four-year deal has been agreed by Ramires. The contract is set to be worth more than £70,000-a –week.

After many speculations surrounding his future at Chelsea during the summer, Ramires whose current deal expires by 2017 would remain with blues for other four-years after his current deal expires.

The box-to-box midfielder who was instrumental to Chelsea winning the Champions League would be remembered for his fantastic lobbed shot over Victor Valdes to put Chelsea through to the final as his goal levelled the aggregate score at 2-2 while putting Chelsea ahead on away goals.

Having joined Chelsea from Benfica in 2010, Ramires have been successful with club having won the Premier League, FA cup, League Cup, UEFA Champions League and the Europa League.

The extension of his contract came at the right time as the club seek to get all players on board in order to resuscitate their already ailing season.

Chelsea lie currently 16th position with 8 points from 8 matches making it the worst start for the club in 37 years.
