OFFER MADE: PSG Marco Varratti To REPLACE Fabregas In January, Abramovich & Mourinho Desperately Needs His Services
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is reportedly keen on bolstering his team in the January transfer window for the second half of the 2015/2016 season.
Latest report according to the Metro claims that the Blues have made an offer for Paris Saint-Germain sensational midfielder Marco Varratti as they look to strengthen their squad in January.
Although the 23-year old Italian has been a key player for the French giant in the last few year, PSG are however ready to let the star go, in other to raise fund to sign prime target Paul Pogba.
Chelsea are currently experiencing the worst start in a League campaign in over 27 years. Yesterday’s 2-1 defeat to Leicester City made it the 9th defeat for the Blues this season.
However, a move for Varatti may not come through in January, as PSG may not be able to get a replacement for him, given that Juventus had ruled out any possible move for Pogba in January.
