As the transfer window draws closer, various rumours linking players to clubs have started and lastest of such is that linking Chelsea’s number one hit man Diego Costa to Turkish giant Galatasaray.

According to Turkish outlet Fotomac via the Express, Galatasary are planning on offering Chelsea the chance to offload the struggling striker, even if it is only on loan basis.

The controversial Spain international has been on a poor run of form this season, with just three Premier League goals to his credit. His poor performance has contributed immensely to Chelsea woeful starts to the season campaign.

The Spaniard 20 goals in his debut season helped the Blues to won both the EPL title and the Capital One Cup last season. His impressive display also earned him a place in the EPL team of the season along with five other colleagues.

However, the 27-year old forward seems to have fallen down the pecking order in Mourinho’s starting eleven, as the Blues boss has continue to use midfield Maestro Eden Hazard in the No 9 position.
