Chelsea centre back Kurt Zouma has deliberately accuse his fellow team mate Diego Costa as a cheat who aimed at offending opponent in order to get the better side of them.
Speaking to Beln Sport, Zouma claimed his fellow team mate Costa is a cheat following the incident that occured between him and Arsenal defenders Laurent Koscielny and Gabriel Paulista which led to the latter being set off from the match.
‘No, we’re not surprised because we know Diego. Everyone knows Diego and this guy likes to cheat a lot and put the opponent out of his game. Said Zouma
‘That happened in the game but he’s a really nice guy. We’re proud to have him, like the other players, and we’re happy to win this.’
The young defender was later criticized by most Chelsea fans for saying negative things about Costa.
However the French international has come out to clarify his earlier statement regarding his fellow team mate Diego Costa as a cheat. He made the clarification via his social media account Twitter that he was misunderstood with English not being his first Language.
‘Sorry for any confusion, English is not my first language & I did not mean to accuse anyone of cheating. Simply to say ,’ Zouma tweeted.
‘Diego is a player who puts pressure on his opponents & who I have huge respect for.’
Zouma if you can’t understand english language well,don’t speak it..simple
