Shocking: MASSIVE BLOW For Chelsea As kurt Zouma Set To Join Roma

French star Kurt Zouma is reported set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer for a first team football with the Italian side AS Roma.

According to Sport Witness, AS Roma are interested in securing the services of the young centre back after an impressive performance for the Blues last season and they sees him as a potential replacement for their out going duo of Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Alessio Romagnoli.

Roma seems to have gotten a good ralationship with the Jose Mourinho side after sign Chelsea’s defender Ashley Cole last season on a free transfer and have also signed Chelsea’s misfit Mohamed Salah on a season-long loan move this summer.

Zouma move to Chelsea in 2014 from French side Saint Etienne but he remained with them on a loan for the remainder of 2013/2014 season. He was used both as a centre defender and a defensive midfielder for the Blues last season.

The young star seems to have gained Mourinho’s trust as he was also used as a substitute in Chelsea’s EPL opening match against Swansea last weekend.

It maybe be true that the Italian giants wants Zouma in their squad this summer but I doubt if the self acclaimed Special One would allow the 20-year old star leave SW6 this summer after speaking of him as a potential replacement for aging John Terry.
