Almost Done: £30m Rated Forward On His Way To Chelsea, Either Falcao Or Remy To Give Way

With Chelsea seeking a fresh start to their season, a sensational move is set to take place for Brazilian sensational attacking midfielder Alex Teixeira.

Reports making the rounds in English media claim that Chelsea are in the final phase of signing the highly rated star. It is reported that a deal of about £30m has been agreed on between both clubs and that it’s just the paper works that is left to be sorted.

The 25-year old attacking midfielder has been on sparkling form for the Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk this season. He is currently one of the highest goal scorers in Europe right now, having found the back of the net 26 times this season.

Teixeira versatility will allow him to compete with Diego Costa up front as well as Eden Hazard, Oscar and Cesc Fabregas in the attacking midfield role.

Should Chelsea be able to lure him away from Shakhtar this January, settling down in Stamford Bridge won’t be a problem, as the Blues team comprises of fellow Brazilian such as Oscar, Willian, and Ramires who will help him settle down quickly.

French star Loic Remy could be sold to interested club in other to create space for the attacker up front.
