Official: Highly Rated Striker Arrives Stamford Bridge, He Will Make Debut Appearance This Weekend

After struggling to impress for the Eagles during the first half of the season, Chelsea highly rated striker Patrick Bamford has returned back to Stamford Bridge to continue his development.

This was made known through Crystal Palace official website that the 22-years old striker has cut short his season-long loan deal.

“Striker Patrick Bamford has returned to Chelsea following the end of his loan deal with Crystal Palace.

“The 22-year-old played eight times for the Eagles this season but has now returned to Stamford Bridge.

“The club would like to thank Patrick for his efforts during his time in SE25 and wish him the best in the future.”

The 22-years old star moved to Selhurst Park during the summer transfer window. He however failed to break into Palace’s first starting xi team. The England international was only able to make just eight appearances for the Eagles in all competitions.

The England star moved to Chelsea youth team in 2012 from Nottingham Forest, but he is yet to make any appearances for the Blues senior team.

He had a successful season loan spell with Middlesbrough last season scoring 19 goals for the Boros while also winning the Championship player of the year.

The star who was tipped to excel in Crystal Palace will now continue his development in Chelsea and could featured in Chelsea FA match against Scunthorpe this weekend.
