Chelsea eye Benfica's Rodrigo
Spanish striker Rodrigo Moreno is thought to be seen as an alternative if Chelsea fail to sign Wayne Rooney.
Portuguese newspaper A Bola have confirmed that Chelsea have made enquiries about Rodrigo and have been in direct contact with Benfica for a while now.
Benfica are reportedly ready to listen to offers in the region of €20m for the former Bolton loanee, the 22 year old striker is highly rated having scored 11 goals in 39 appearances for Benfica last season and 1 goal against Denmark in the U-21 European championship.
Any move from Chelsea for the promising striker is far from done, however he’s a striker that would do a good job for any top club.

Why why when Jose said his team is enough
he is gud
Martinez or Rooney
Rodrigo wil nt get playing time @chelsea or lukaku wil b beached.we hav a gud team i thnk we dont need him.
if No rooney better lewadoski in january after testing our strikers bcz our midfilders can score goals
That would be a good player and he suits as a chelsea player, i would be happy if chelsea should purchase him.
I dnt think it will be a bad buy since he is a young lad and can blend together with our young sqaud
wrong buy at this point if we want to make any impact of this season trophy challenge…..We need quality not quantity we don’t want someone who would have to be developed, we got Lukaku, Isaiah brown, Paizon, Feruz Islam for that
