Ever since the start of the transfer window reports have been linking Chelsea to the Colombian striker.
According to ESPN Chelsea have triggered the release clause of Jackson Martinez by offering Porto £34.8m.
The 26 year old striker scored 34 goals in 43 appearances in all competitions last season for Porto and continues to add to his tally by scoring 3 goals in 3 matches so far this season.
Both clubs are yet to confirm or deny this report as until now everything is just a rumor.
