Chelsea To Hijacked 6ft 2 Tottenham Target In January, Perfect John Terry Replacement

With Everton consistent refusal to let defender John Stones join Chelsea, blues Manager, Jose Mourinho might look elsewhere as his prime target refuse to materialise.

Reports in Italy are of the opinion that a likely move for Roma’s centre back Kostas Manolas could be on the cards. Mourinho attempted to bring the Greek international to Stamford Bridge last season, and will try again in the New Year. Manolas is also said to be on the radar of Arsenal and Tottenham.

The Greek international joined As. Roma from Olympiakos in the 2014-15 Season and became an anchor of Roma’s defence last season. His display made the fan to vote him as the “Best Purchase of the Season”.

With impressive start to life in Italy, attention was drawn to the player during the summer transfer but his agent had this to say: “Kostas is a Roma player, and anyone who wants him will have to ask the club. All I can say is the lad has a contract until 2019. Roma paid a lot for him, and that means they have a lot of expectations for him.”

The defender is fast, physical and can read the game excellent. He might be perfect replacement for Captain John Terry whose season might probably be the last for the club.
