Needing dis player or dat player, I think it all boils down 2 d tactical play of d coach. Under di matteo willian will b superb but now, its benitez era. Lampard n ashley need to stay so dat d chelsea legacy is retained bcos dis players hav it n transition has to take place bcos one way or d other a player will learn 4rm dem. Lampard may not play all d matches but there are matches dat will suit lampard so well. Same applies to oscar so it has to do wit d coacges approach n d team in question. We still hav ramires as d defensive Midfielder n can still function for like 6 matches b4 mikel return. I believe where we need more is d center back and striker bcos torres is not on form n demba is an off and on striker. Wit d way we play now we need more of fellaini dan willian.

Well,Lampard is extremely good,but he can’t play for Chelsea forever or maintain the same form due to his age. If actually Lampard needs to be replace,is now,not when he’s gone. The faces that will make big difference in Chelsea are: Taison, Fellaini, Isco. Falcao.
