Done Deal: Chelsea Target Completes Deal, Shirt Number Given Already

One of Chelsea’s key target have finally completed a transfer this summer, but not to the Stamford Bridge outfit, according to reports emerging from Daily Mail.

After failing to secure three maximum point in our first game of the season, Chelsea have again lost the race to sign formal Bayern Munich star Xherdan Shaqiri who would have helped to strengthen the team squad for the season.

The formal Inter Milan man signed a four year deal with Stoke City ahead of various intetest coming from Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Everton. The deal is worth about £12 million.

He reportedly signed for the Potters yesterday after completing his medicals and has been given the number 22 shirt. According to reports, his shirt has gone to become stoke city highest sales ever.

Now that the Blues have lost out on the signature of Shaqiri, it would be interesting to see who the boss will bring in as we draw closer to the end of the summer transfer window.
