Chelsea have officially announced the signing of England international right back Todd Kane to add to the growing list of the Blues young stars.
This news was made known by Chelsea’s official site.
The 21-years old star signed for the club today in a new three years deal that would run till 2018.
The England star first signed for Chelsea in 2001 for the under 8-level and had since progresses through the youth system. Kane was part of the Blues team that won the the UEFA Champions league in Munich in 2012 although he did not play. He was also part of Chelsea under-18 side that won the FA Youth Cup in 2012
The 21-year old right back spend the second half of last season on loan to Nottingham Forest where he made eight appearances for the forest.
