Chelsea outcast Mohamed Salah is finally on his way to Italy to complete his loan move to Seria A giant Roma.
The Egyptian is seen as supplus to Jose Mourinho’s side, having been left out of the Pre-season tour of the United States.
According to Italian Media outlet Calciomercato, Salah is expected to be in Italy this evening for a reported £1.4million loan fee with a buy-out figure of £16million.
Salah who was loaned out to Fiorentina during the second half of last season made 26 appearances for the Viola scoring 9 goals.
Fiorentina had wanted to keep the player for another season on loan but Salah had rejected the move back to Fiorentina.
His perormances last season had caught the interest of top European clubs including Roma, Inter Milan, Juventus and Galatasaray and his representative Ramy Abbas had comfirm last night via Twitter that Salah will arrive in Rome today.
The formal Basel player served as part of a deal that brought Juan Cuadrado to Stamford Bridge last January transfer wndow.
