Good News: Chelsea Receives MASSIVE Injury Boost Ahead Of Arsenal Clash
Chelsea will be hoping to get back to winning ways in EPL after a powerful win against the Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv in midweek. Mourinho has never lost to Arsene Wenger in an EPL clash before and will be hoping to replicate similar feat tomorrow.
Speaking to the media in today’s pre-match press conference, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho gave hint of players to expect in tomorrow’s game against arc rival Arsenal.
‘I don’t have much news’ said mourinho. ‘I select every player for the game because we have doubts. Tomorrow I don’t want to be in a situation where during the warm-up somebody doesn’t have the best feelings, and we have lots of players in this situation.
‘Willian is not even an option. Pedro, Falcao and Oscar-let’s see what happens. They are not definitely ruled out but let’s see.’
This latest report will definitely delight most Chelsea who could see both Pedro and Falcao returned to play after missing out on Champions League victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv due to injury.
However Willian absence would be a big blow to Chelsea, the Brazil international has undoubtedly been one of the best players in Chelsea team this season. He is a workaholic, tough-tackler, has the pace needed for counter attack and above all, he is very versatile. He scored the opening goal in Chelsea midweek game before picking up hamstring injury.
