MASSIVE: 68 Goals RAZZLE-DAZZLE Winger On His Way To Chelsea, Abramovich Set To SANCTION £45m Move
As part of their January transfer plan, the Premier League defending Champions are planning to bring in some players, who will help turn-around their poor starts to the season campaign.
Latest reports according to Daily Mail Claims that Chelsea’s owner Roman Abramovich has given Chelsea Chief Ron Gourlay a go-ahead to sign French international winger Franck Ribery.
Abramovich is thought to have personal likeness for Ribery and he is keen on bringing the experienced star to Stamford Bridge in January, should the deal for prime target Antoine Griezman fail to materialize.
The 32-year old versatile midfielder only managed to make 15 league appearances for the Bundesliga champions last season and still yet to make any appearance for them this season due to injury.
Abramovich is thought to have prepared a fee of £45m for the Bayern Munich star . The experienced winger/midfielder had scored a total of 68 goals in 193 league appearances for the German giants.
Personally, I think the move for Ribery would be a wrong one given that he is not as fit as before and secondly he is ageing. He might find it difficult to make major impact in Chelsea’s team due to the fast and pacy style of the Premier League
.
