Livermore and Naughton have comeback from their injuries and made themselves available for Andre Villas Boas to chose but don’t expect them to start. Assou Ekotto and Younes Kaboul whereas are still out with their respective injuries.
For Roberto Di Matteo, Sturridge is the only one who is out with a hamstring problem whereas Bertrand and Lampard have all trained before the game. John Terry starts his suspension.
What to expect?
A fiery match and a London Derby at its best. Andre Villas Boas faces his perpetrators for the first time as he leads his exciting Tottenham side against Chelsea. Roberto Di Matteo on the other hand has a selection dilemma along with other problems to answer, as Terry begins his suspension and Ashley Cole bound to start after his fine. Three points here can be useful in the long run
Players to watch out for –
Eden Hazard and Gareth Bale. Both have been in superb form for their clubs and country and expect both of them to have a huge impact on the result. The game will most definitely be won on the flanks and we are all hoping Hazard silences his critics again.
