Personal Terms Agreed, CHAMPIONS LEAGUE WINNER Set To Complete Transfer
Chelsea target Pedro Rodrigues is set to join the Blues arch rival Manchester United after a reported agreement have been reached between the Red Devils and the Catalan giants.
The 28 years old forward has been an integral part of Barcelona’s first team until last season when the trio of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar displaced him from the starting eleven.
Chelsea have been heavily link with the Spainish international this summer transfer window but it seems now the Red Devils have gotten the edge to sign the UEFA Champions League winner.
Reports say the Red Devils have agreed personal terms with the World Cup star after offering him a guaranteed first team shirt and an increment in weekly wages to what he currently receive at Barcelona.
According to Metro, United are said to have offered £17.7million with an additional £3.5m in bonuses, although Barcelona want the total fee to be paid at once,
United boss Louis van Gaal has identified Pedro as a potential replacement for the departed Robin van Persie and the outgoing Argentine Forward Angel di Maria.
Should this move come through, Pedro would be the second La Liga star Chelsea would be missing out on after Barcelona hijacked Turkish star Arda Turan from the Blues few weeks back
