Shocking: Mourinho Told To Sell Powerful £185,000-a-week Star, Chelsea Fans Will Not Be Happy With It

With just three goals to his name this season, Spain international striker Diego Costa has been a show of himself compared to his debut season were he netted 20 goals in all competition.

Although there is still long way to go, but Chelsea might not have that patience to keep him as their number one striker should he not get back to scoring form anytime soon.

According to the Metro, Arsenal legend Ian Wright has told Chelsea’s under-fire boss Jose Mourinho to sell the bullish striker at the right opportunity before things get worse for the Stamford Bridge outfit.

‘I would sell him at the first opportunity I get for Costa. I’d sell him,’ said Wright.

‘As brilliant as he was in the first season, he’s playing a lot differently now.

‘He’s antagonised at the moment. If I was a defender I would just keep talking to him, it takes him away from his game.

‘When he first got here he was concentrated on scoring goals and being in the box, now he’s doing everything else.

‘He’s outside the box and getting involved with people. At this moment, he’s the last centre forward Chelsea need.’

Costa has been criticized by most pundits and fans this season of hitting at every defender that comes his way rather than focusing on scoring goals.

Report even had it that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is getting worried that Costa antics may tarnish the image of the club.

The Blues attacking trio of Loic Remy, Radamel Facao and Costa have only scored just three EPL goals this season, which has contributed immensely to Chelsea current position on the EPL table.
