Shocking: Serbian Defender Ivanovic To Complete Inter Milan Switch After Poor Performance
Branislav Ivanovic could be on his way out of Chelsea if a deal is agreed with Italian giants Inter Milan. The player who has not been his best this season was subject to pundits critiscm for his display in the early part of the season.
He was apparently injured during their Euro 2015 qualifier and is set to return after three weeks spell on the side lines.
The 31 year old Serbian could jump ship to Inter Milan if Chelsea decides not to offer him another deal after his current deal expires at the end of the season.
Highly rated by Jose Mourinho, Chelsea vice-captain would not be let go just like that as he is regarded by the boss as a trusted and loyal ally.
The player known for his high work rate joined the Blues from Locomotiv Moscow in 2008 and have become a cult hero among Chelsea fans until recently when his form seems to have dropped this season.
The Serbian was part of Chelsea’s Champions League triumph in 2012 and has won titles for the Club ranging from the Premier League, The FA Cup, Capital One Cup, Europa League and the Community Shield with the west London side.
Inter Milan is interested in the energetic defender but it would be seen if Mourinho would let go of his man.
