Lucas Piazón will join Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan. There was official confirmation today that the young Brazilian who has 3 three first-team appearances for Chelsea, is all set to join fellow Chelsea loanees Patrick van Aanholt, Gael Kakuta & Cristian Cuevas at the Dutch club.
Piazon was loaned to Malaga for the latter half of last season and went on to make 13 appearances for the La Liga side.
Vitesse boasts of a young squad & Piazon should not have too many problems breaking into the first team. The Eredivisie season already begun last Sunday with Vitesse beating Heracles in their seasonopener. However, Vitesse went on to lose their Europa League qualifier against Petrolul in mid-week.
