Chelsea have reportedly struck a deal for FK Partizan Belgrade sensation Lazar Markovic! The 18-year-old is reported to have pre-agreed a contract with the blues and he could join in the summer for a fee around £7million.
Who is Lazar Markovic?
Markovic is an 18-year-old Serbian forward who plays his trade with Partizan Belgrade! He’s already made 42 appearances netting 12 goals. Lazar has been introduced into Serbia’s national squad, he made his début in a 1-0 victory over Chile he scored the only goal. He’s revealed that CFC is his dream club and he has a big passion for English football!
He’s a very clever player and his positional play is very good. He’s composed in front of goal and he’s got a lot of potential. Many in Serbia regard him highly dubbing him as their next “Big Star”. I’m sure his arrival would be no problem at all if he were to join, and he’d certainly be looking for some help from Brana.
The Serbian is a very bright star and I think he has an illustrious career ahead of him! in a couple of years he will be a key player for Serbia and many top European clubs will be hot on his heels. I hope we can finalise the deal in the Summer and I hope he will have a big impact at SW6!
To be honest I love seeing the club promote youth and I hope the next manager has this philosophy. Unfortunately we don’t really have a reputation of promoting youth and many many bright prospects have never had the chance to shine at the blues!

We’ve got alot of young players already most have been loaned and can’t play it the main team. So i think we should be focusing on mature player who we can use them now

We are a serious club and I think that this kind of player we should not at all, I am from Serbia, from Belgrade, and I know a lot about this club and player Lazar Markovic he is not the class for us! I think we have more than enough talent that is waiting for their chance to finally play it d first team, and if it comes Lazar Markovic has a portion of the reserve academy and pass the same category, to come into the first team. In addition to our talent will be so many that it is impossible for him!
What did I say in the previous post? Stop signing the youngsters if you not going to play them!

Honestly I am tired of getting excited about chelsea youngster because eventually chelsea won’t play them.
Instead chelsea will just buy star players from other clubs and neglecting their youngsters.
Look at Daniel Sturridge at liverpool and Romelu Lukaku at WBA now! They are doing much better than Torres.
I just think Chelsea need to find balance in their team. It’s no use to have lots of star players when the way you guys play is inconsistent.
