Done & Dusted: £75,000-A-Week Chelsea Target COMPLETES Medicals, Announce Imminent

Rumours making rounds claim Manchester United have secured the services of Spain international Pedro Rodriguez after spending eleven successful years with the Spanish giants Barcelona.

According to Daily Star as per Spanish newspaper Marca, the Red Devil have agreed to sign the 28-year old Champions League winner on a deal of £24.7million from Barcelona. They also claimed Pedro has completed his medicals with the Red Devils.

Pedro has been a major target for Jose Mourinho’s side after losing out on Arda Turan to Barcelona. The Nou Camp star has got a lot of experience having won major trophies such as the FIFA World Cup, UEFA Champions League, La Liga title and so on. Pedro currently earns £75,000 a week with the catalans.

But it all seems now that Pedro is heading to Old Trafford after former team mate Thierry Henry comfirmed the rumours by saying:

“Manchester United will be getting an excellent player if they can complete the signing of Pedro,” Henry wrote in The Sun on Sunday.

“He was the perfect team-mate for me at Barcelona because his understanding of wing play was second to none.

“No one was better at applying pressure from out wide. It is a position that is in his DNA.

“It’s been drilled into him by a lifetime at the Nou Camp and why I believe he will be such an important acquisition for United.”
