Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho promised to give youth a chance at first team last season and it seems the club is towing this direction with scouts in the Netherlands to notch up a deal for Vitesse Arnhem striker Thomas Buitink.
Currently watch by top Premier League teams, 15-Year old Buitink who is causing waves in the Eredivisie could be on his move to the London Club in the near future.
With a fantastic relationship between Chelsea and the Dutch Club, the youngster could be joining the Blues after displaying top performances in the youth ranks with over 100 goals to his name.
The young forward has been training with the Vitesse first team alongside young Chelsea loanees such as Dominic Solanke, Izzy Brown and Ake Nathan. Chelsea are said to keep an eye on the player considered as a wonder kid.
The two Manchester clubs and Arsenal are reported to be scouting on the young Dutch. It could remember that Chelsea signed Marco Van Ginkel from the Dutch Club before sending him out on loan.
